We have been asked the difference between sun cream and moisturisers with SPF (Sun protection factor).
In a nutshell, moisturisers are designed to absorb in to the skin and sun protection products are designed to sit on top of the skin for ultimate protection and to block the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
Moisturisers with SPF do not offer enough protection.
I am sure you are already aware of the damage the sun does to our skin which eventually leads to more wrinkles and dark spots. (Research suggests that UV is responsible for 80% of the skin’s aging).
As we enter the next phase of Lockdown, I’m sure you are very grateful for the lovely weather but please protect your skin!
Take a look at the popular Sothys Sincere sun care range in our online shop. It is non-greasy, unlike others on the market, feels light on the skin and is hydrating.
